Music in the Depot is a day long music festival and arts markets. The event runs from 1 - 11PM, but while artists are welcome to stay set up the entire time, we only ask that you be available to stay setup from 1PM - 9PM. Artists are also welcome to share their 10x10 space to make manning their area a bit easier.

TAKE DOWN: 9PM – 11PM
This is a long event! Let me know if you’d prefer to share your tent space with another artist so you can take turns manning the tent

What we’ll be providing

A generator you can connect an extension cord to. We’ll also have a couple battery operated light bulbs you can use.
Live music all day close enough to the artist area to hear, but far enough away so you can still talk to customers
We’ll have an empty building space with a few snacks, chairs, and water to take a quick break from the event. Need to store something in there before or after the event? Just let me know!
We’ll be promoting the heck out of this and our goal is to feature each and every single artist on our event using photos you send me.
We’ll have security on site, just in case!

What you need to bring

Tent, preferably white, that fits in a 10x10 space
Table, chair or whatever other set up you’d like!
An extension cord if you want to use power for twinkle lights at night
Decorations to make your area special
Your art! We always recommend a range of prices and sizes, as well as contact information so people can follow up with you about bigger purchases

I understand there is a $65 vendor fee

Yes

While I understand I must pay the $65 vendor fee to reserve my spot, I may be reimbursed in part or in full if I sell 10 or 20 tickets to our community event?

All vendors must pay $65 up front to reserve their spot, but can be reimbursed the full amount if they sell 20 tickets, or $30 if they sell 10 tickets. Everyone who purchases a ticket will be sent an email asking who referred them to our community event. Your business name can be listed on this survey and if 10, 20 or more people select your name, you will receive a reimbursement.

We provide all artists with a 10 x 10 space, but ask that you bring your own tent, table, decorations, lighting and extension cords. Please be courteous to your fellow artists and vendors!
